How do I order a custom photo magnet?

Simply upload your photo when placing your order and we will turn it into a magnet. Make sure the photo you upload is clear and high resolution for the best results.

What size are your magnets?

Our magnets are available in two sizes:
• 2.5" x 2.5"
• 2.5" x 3.5"

The size will be listed in the product description for each magnet.

How long does it take to make my magnets?

Each magnet is made by our family after your order is placed. Most orders are created and shipped within a few business days.

What kind of photos work best?

Clear, well-lit photos with good resolution work best. Photos that are blurry, very dark, or heavily zoomed in may not print as clearly.

Can I order multiple magnets with different photos?

Yes. You can upload multiple photos depending on the product or pack you choose.

Do you accept returns?

Because our magnets are custom made, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with the print quality, please contact us within 7 days and include a photo so we can help resolve the issue.

Are your magnets strong?

Yes. Our magnets are designed to hold securely on refrigerators, lockers, and other magnetic surfaces.

Who makes the magnets?

Epic Magnets is a family business run by Marissa and Corey with help from our daughters Cara and Reese. We design, make, and pack every order ourselves.
