Because all of our magnets are custom made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been created.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order or something is not right, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right. This may include replacing the item or finding another solution depending on the situation.
If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with the print or quality, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Since each magnet is made using the photo or design provided by the customer, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for issues related to image quality, cropping, or photos that appear blurry due to the original image file.
